Salon Sirens, presented by jazz/classical vocalist and author, Erica Papillion-Posey, is a non-profit, 501c3, live music event, celebrating 'Women in Music' during Women's History Month.
Chic and en vogue, particularly, in 19th century, French culture, it was common to host musical events and gatherings in the living room (salon) of one's home. These events were generally attended by other music aficionados, the aristocracy and influencers of the arts community: dancers, painters, writers etc.
