▪ Final BALANCE ($3820) MUST be satisfied 90 days prior to JUNE 1, 2026 day of travel (TUESDAY | MARCH 3, 2026).
▪ NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT ($675.00 per person) MUST be submitted by midnight, (MONDAY | OCTOBER 6, 2025 to secure your reservation.

▪ Package pricing is based on 4.5 Star Hotel Accommodations, single/double occupancy, itinerary events, excursions, transportation transfers and most meals. ** If for some reason, beyond our control, the designated 4 Star hotel is not available, we will secure comparable hotel accommodations.

CANCELLATION, REFUND and PAYMENT POLICIES |
▪ 90 days prior to group arrival | 30% PENALTY + associated international wire fees.*
▪ 91-60 days | 50% PENALTY+ associated international wire fees.*
▪ 61-45 days or less | 75% PENALTY + associated international wire fees.*
▪ 46 days or less | 100% OF BALANCE IS FORFEITED + associated international wire fees.*
